Extra Hands is a charitable organization made up of Film and Television Background Extras, Cast and Crew.
Our goal is to Make A REEL Difference by extending an EXTRA Hand in times of need.
Extras Hands was founded by Extras Casting Director Tona B. Dahlquist.

Examples of expenses we have assisted with- Medical Bills, Electricity Bills, Gasoline, Rent and Grocery Money to name a few.
